How does the diffuser work? The AuraScent diffuser uses cold-air diffusion — no heat, no water. It disperses the oil as ultra-fine particles that distribute evenly across the room without altering the scent or leaving any residue.
How long does one oil last? A 50ml oil covers up to 60 square metres for six to eight weeks at standard intensity. A 120ml oil lasts proportionally longer.
What area does the diffuser cover? Up to 60 square metres — a standard living room, bedroom, or open-plan space.
Is the diffuser noisy? No. It runs quietly enough to use in a bedroom or while working.
Do I need to refill anything other than the oil? No water, no filters. Just replace the oil when it runs out.
How do I choose a scent? Each scent is named after an environment rather than a fragrance category. Read the description, picture the room you want to design, and choose accordingly. If you're unsure, start with the Starter Kit.
What is the Starter Kit? The diffuser and a 50ml oil of your choice. Everything you need to start, at a reduced combined price.
How is payment handled? We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take? We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery times vary by area — we'll confirm your delivery window after your order is placed.
Can I return a product? If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
